Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location and the weight of your order.

Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Tracking numbers are provided automatically once your order ships.
Local Pickup (Annapolis, MD)
Local pickup from The Kinney Clinic may be available upon request for select products.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within 10 business days of the expected delivery date, please contact us right away at info@thekinneyclinic.com with your order number and details.
We’ll investigate with the carrier and work quickly to replace or refund your item as appropriate.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to addresses entered incorrectly by the customer. If the package is returned to us, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional postage fees may apply).
International Shipping
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
We hope to expand to international destinations in the future.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
We hope to offer international shipping in the future as we grow.
Can I pick up my order locally?
Yes — local pickup from The Kinney Clinic in Annapolis may be available for select products.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If you made an error in your shipping address, please email us immediately at info@thekinneyclinic.com.
If your order has not yet shipped, we’ll update the address for you. Once a package has been shipped, we’re unable to modify the delivery address.
What should I do if my order is delayed, missing, or damaged?
Please contact us within 10 business days of your expected delivery date if your package is missing, delayed, or damaged.
Send your order number, photos (if applicable), and details to info@thekinneyclinic.com so we can assist you promptly.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. A tracking link will be sent automatically once your order ships. You can monitor your package’s progress directly through that link.
